Agreement
These terms are between you (the shop owner using KamaiPlus) and ProVenture (proprietor Rahul Jadhav), Nath Valley Road, Kanchanwadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India, the maker of KamaiPlus. By installing or using KamaiPlus Desktop, the KamaiPlus Android app or this website, you agree to them.
Licence to use
- A KamaiPlus Desktop licence lets you use the software on one computer. The key is tied to that computer; we move it to a new computer on request.
- A licence may have an end date. The app reminds you before it ends. After it ends, billing stops until it is renewed; your data stays on your computer.
- You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or remove the licence check from the software.
- The software, its design and the KamaiPlus name and logo belong to ProVenture.
Your account and data
- Your shop's data (items, bills, customers, khata) belongs to you. On Desktop it is stored on your computer; you are responsible for keeping your master password and backups safe.
- You are responsible for having your customers' consent to store their details and to send them messages.
- How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use KamaiPlus only for lawful business. Do not use it to issue false invoices, to evade tax, or to send unwanted messages.
GST and accounts
KamaiPlus helps you prepare GST invoices and files such as GSTR-1 JSON. You and your accountant remain responsible for the correctness of your tax filings, rates and returns. Check figures before filing.
Updates and support
Updates are delivered automatically while the licence is valid. Support is given on WhatsApp and email during business hours, in Hindi, Marathi or English. We may change or remove features in updates, but will not remove access to your saved data.
Payment and refunds
Prices are quoted to you before purchase and include GST as stated on the invoice. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Limits of liability
KamaiPlus is provided as it is, with care but without a promise that it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, ProVenture is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Keep regular backups.
Ending the licence
We may block a licence that is used against these terms, resold, or refunded. You can stop using KamaiPlus at any time; your data on your computer remains yours.
This website and free tools
- kamaiplus.com explains KamaiPlus and offers free tools (GST calculator, barcode generator, udhar reminder writer). They are for help and estimates; check GST rates and amounts with your accountant before you rely on them. Blog articles are general information, not tax or legal advice.
- Screenshots, examples and numbers on this site come from a demo shop ("Sharma Kirana Store") with made-up items, customers and GSTINs. They show how the app works, not real results.
- Product and company names such as Windows, WhatsApp, Google Play, Tally Prime, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM belong to their owners and are used only to say what KamaiPlus works with. KamaiPlus is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- The text, screenshots, logo and design of this site belong to ProVenture. You may link to any page; please ask before copying content.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most problems are solved on a call.
