Good to know
Do I need the internet to use it?
Only once — to activate your licence key. After that, billing, khata, stock, reports and printing all work fully offline. Updates download whenever the internet is available.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the licence and every feature is included. There are no Pro plans and no in-app payments.
Can I use one key on two computers?
One key works on one computer. Moving to a new PC? Contact support and the key is moved for you.
Where is my data stored? What if my PC breaks?
On your own computer. The app saves an automatic backup every day in Documents\KamaiPlus, and can keep a second copy on a pen drive or another folder — restore it on the new PC and carry on.
Which printers work?
Any printer Windows can print to — 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipt printers, and normal A4 printers for GST invoices and statements. Barcode labels in 50×25 mm and 38×25 mm sizes.
Can I bring my existing products?
Yes. Import your product list from an Excel sheet, or start with a ready starter catalogue and edit it.
Does it handle GST?
Yes — GST inclusive or exclusive pricing, HSN codes, CGST/SGST on invoices, GSTR-1 data, and Tally XML and Excel exports for your CA.
