Every credit bill lands in the customer's ledger by itself. When they pay, part or full, it is noted against their bills. When it's time to ask, a polite WhatsApp reminder goes with a link to pay the exact amount by UPI.

Bill on credit
Pick "Credit" at the counter, or let a short cash payment go to udhar. The bill needs the customer's name, so nothing is lost.
It's in the khata
The balance updates at once. Open the customer to see every bill and payment in date order.
Collect and settle
Take a part payment or settle chosen bills. The payment is recorded against them and the balance drops.

Balance at a glance
Each customer's due amount, the highest udhar in the shop, and today's "Market Udhar" on Home.
Part payments
Customers rarely pay it all at once. Note what they give, and the rest stays due.
Settle bills
Pick the bills a payment covers. They are marked paid and the ledger shows it.
Reminders on WhatsApp
Friendly or formal, in the customer's language, with a UPI pay link for exactly the balance.
Statement and slips
Send a slip for any single entry, or save the customer's statement as a PDF.
Advance too
If a customer pays more than they owe, the khata shows an advance, and the reminder says so.
A customer list that fills itself.
A name and mobile typed on a bill become a customer. Sort by name, udhar or last visit, open their full history, mark wholesale customers, and export the list to Excel or PDF.
And what you owe suppliers.
With Suppliers switched on, purchases on credit go to the supplier's account and payments come off it, so you always know what is pending on both sides.
